Join us at Helix Park on the 25 July at our water safety open day.

We are very excited to be hosting the inaugural water safety open day to mark the 2nd annual UN World Drowning Prevention Day. On Monday 25 July, come down to Helix Park to learn all about how to keep safe around Scotland’s open water in a fun and interactive way.

There will be lots of experts there who will be delighted to share their knowledge with you.

You will find live rescues taking place in our lagoon by Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Police Scotland and Scottish Newfoundland Club.

Get involved in a throw bag challenge with our emergency services.

Enter the competitions that will be running on the day for your chance to win a Fitbit Versa and Decathlon vouchers.

This is sure to be a great event for all the family so don’t miss out - come down and join in the fun!
